摘要
抵抗素样分子β(Resistin-like molecules β,RELMβ)起初作为一种肠源性分泌蛋白,其在肠道增生及 局部免疫中起到十分重要的作用。随着对该分子及其家族的深入研究,人们发现RELMβ广泛参与 机体各种生理及病理过程的调控,且能够作为疾病发生的始动因子介导多条信号转导通路,参与 疾病的发生与发展,并有望成为相关疾病治疗中的新靶点。本文就近年来关于RELMβ的研究现状 作一综述。

Abstract
Resistin-like molecule β (RELMβ), originally identified as an intestinal secretory protein, played an important role in proliferation and local immunity of intestine. With the in-depth study of RELMβ and its related family, people found it extensively participate in various regulation of physiological and pathological process of our body, otherwise it mediated a variety of signal transduction pathway as a disease initial factor. Therefore RELMβ involved in the occurrence and development of disease and be a new target of related disease therapy. This review summarized the research progress of RELMβ in recent year.
