摘要

阿尔茨海默症(Alzheimer’s disease，AD)是由多种病因所致、多种因素参与其病理发生过程的神经退行性疾病，目前尚无治愈办法，且尚缺乏确切的AD相关性血清/脑脊液标志物。正五聚蛋白作为模式识别受体的一个类别，其在AD的发生发展中同样具有潜在的研究价值。目前研究表明正五聚蛋白可能以多种形式参与AD的发生发展过程。

Abstract

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease caused by a variety of causes and a variety of factors involved in its pathogeny. It cannot be cured at present, and there is no exact AD related serum/cerebrospinal fluid marker. Pentraxin is a class of pattern-recognition receptors. It also has potential research value in the occurrence and development of AD. The present research indicates that it may participate in the occurrence and development of AD in many ways.
