Rac1蛋白表达与胃癌及其浸润转移关系的荟萃分析

摘要

目的:系统评价Rac1蛋白表达与胃癌及其浸润转移的相关性。方法:检索PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,Google Scholar,Science Citation Index,中国期刊全文数据库,万方数据库,中国生物医学文献数据和中国科技期刊数据库,依照纳入与排除标准,获取关于Rac1蛋白表达与胃癌关系的相关研究,并提取对应实验数据,采用Review Manager 5.1软件,分别对正常组与胃癌组、无淋巴结转移组与淋巴结转移组、TNM I,II期与III,IV期中组织Rac1蛋白表达率的差异行Meta分析。结果:共有7篇文献纳入此次荟萃分析,包含896例,其中胃癌组520例,正常对照组376例。总体效应表明胃癌组织中Rac1蛋白表达率明显高于正常胃组织(OR =11.27;95%CI 5.03~25.29;P<0.01);存在淋巴结转移的胃癌组织中Rac1蛋白表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移组(OR=10.99;95%CI 6.35~19.00;P<0.01);I,II期胃癌标本组中Rac1蛋白表达率低于III,IV期胃癌标本组(OR=0.29;95%CI 0.17~0.51;P<0.01)。结论:Rac1蛋白表达与胃癌的发生发展、浸润转移、预后等生物学行为存在相关性。

Abstract

Objective: To assess the relation of ras-related C3 botulinum toxin substrate 1 (Rac1) with gastric cancer, tumor invasion and metastasis. Methods: We searched from the database of PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, Google Scholar, Science Citation Index, China National Knowledge Infrastucture, Wanfang Data, China Biology Medicine, China Science and Technology Journal and according to the selection criteria, elimination criteria obtain literatures. The extractive data was performed statistical analysis with Review Manager 5.1. Results: Seven literatures including 896 cases (520 gastric cancer and 376 normal) were identified to perform the Meta-analysis. In group of cases, the frequency of Rac1 in gastric cancer (OR=11.27; 95%CI 5.03–25.29; P<0.01) was significantly higher than controls. The expression of Rac1 protein in gastric cancer with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that of other groups (OR=10.99; 95%CI 6.35–19.00; P<0.01). The expression rate of Rac1 protein with stage I and II gastric cancer was lower than the others (OR=0.29; 95%CI 0.17–0.51; P<0.01). Conclusion: There was a correlation of the expression of Rac1 with gastric cancer, tumor invasion and metastasis.
