甲状腺激素导致糖代谢异常机制的研究进展

摘要

甲状腺激素在体内糖代谢平衡中发挥重要作用,可以通过直接或间接作用于肝脏、骨骼肌、脂肪 组织等重要的脏器调节葡萄糖的代谢。本文就甲状腺激素对糖代谢调节及其机制的研究进展及甲 状腺疾病与胰岛素抵抗之间的关系进行综述。


The research progress of the effects of thyroid hormones on glucose metabolism

Abstract

Thyroid hormones play important roles in the metabolism of sugar balance. They regulate the glucose metabolism through the direct or indirect effects on the liver, skeletal muscle, adipose tissue and other important organs. The purpose of this paper is to review the research progress of these mechanisms of thyroid hormones on glucose metabolism and the relationships between thyroid diseases and insulin resistance.
