血管平滑肌细胞按其形态、功能及细胞标志蛋白的不同可分为收缩型和合成型。血管平滑肌细胞 受生化因子、细胞外基质成分、机械性刺激等多种因素的调节，其表型转变的分子机制主要与 KLF4/MyoD/SRF轴相关。糖尿病的高血糖、胰岛素抵抗、脂类代谢紊乱、炎症反应可诱导血管平 滑肌细胞表型转变，使其迁移、增殖能力增强，从而导致糖尿病血管病变。
Smooth muscle cell phenotypic switching and diabetic angiopathies
Vascular smooth muscle cells can be existed in contractile or synthetic phenotype, which are characterised by the distinctions between morphology, functions and marker proteins. Multiple factors, such as cytokines, chemokines, extracellular matrix components, and shear stresses, can modulate the phenotypic transition of vascular smooth muscle cells, where the KLF4/myocardin/SRF axis is a central molecular regulator. Diabetic metabolic disorders including hyperglycaemia, insulin resistence, lipid metabolic disorder, and inflammation, induce vascular smooth muscle cells phenotypic switching, proliferation and migration, thus contributing to diabetic angiopathies.
