Slit-Robo信号通路作用的研究进展

摘要

分泌型糖蛋白Slit及其受体Robo最初作为一类重要的神经元轴突导向因子被发现。随着对Slit-Robo信号通路作用机制研究的不断深入,该信号通路还参与血管新生、肿瘤血管发生、炎症、白细胞趋化及血管渗漏等过程。


Advance in research on the function of Slit-Robo pathway

Abstract

As secreted proteins, Slit as well as its receptor roundabout(Robo) initially is considered as axon guidance cues. With the development of research, it has been shown that Slit-Robo signal pathway is involved in mediating angiogenesis, tumor angiogenesis, inflammation, leukocyte chemotaxis, and vascular leakage, etc.
