摘要

3D生物打印是在3D打印(three-dimensional printing,3DP)和组织工程等多学科融合的基础上发展出来的一种新兴应用技术,该技术能够根据数字化的模型设计将生物材料和/或细胞打印成三维生物功能体,被广泛应用于血管、骨骼等组织的再生与重建领域。


3D bioprinting technology and its application in tissue engineering

Abstract

Three-dimensional (3D) bioprinting is a new applied technology based on the integration of 3D printing and tissue engineering, which can print biological materials and /or cells into 3D biological architectures according to the model of digital design. Thus, it has been widely used in the regeneration and reconstruction of blood vessel, bone and other tissues.
