泛素特异性蛋白酶10在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要

目的:研究泛素特异性蛋白酶10(ubiquitin-specific protease 10,USP10)蛋白在人体宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测105例人体宫颈鳞状细胞癌及65例正常鳞状上皮组织石蜡切片中USP10蛋白的表达水平,并分析其表达与临床病理因素之间的相关性。结果:宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中USP10阳性表达率为41.9%,而宫颈正常鳞状上皮组织中USP10的阳性表达率为61.5%。与正常鳞状上皮组织相比,USP10蛋白在宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达明显下调,差异具有统计学意义。同时,USP10蛋白表达与宫颈鳞状细胞癌的FIGO临床分期及肿瘤浸润深度呈负相关,而与E-cadherin,P53蛋白表达呈正相关。结论:宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中USP10蛋白表达的下调与宫颈鳞状细胞癌的恶性程度及预后相关。


Clinical significance of ubiquitin-specific protease 10 protein expression on cervix squamous cell carcinoma

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the expression level of USP10 protein in human cervix squamous cell carcinoma tissues and to evaluate the clinical significance of USP10 protein in cervix squamous cell carcinoma patients. Methods: A total of 105 cervix squamous cell carcinoma paraffin specimens, 65 normal squamous epithelium paraffin specimens were detected by immunohistochemistry methods. The correlation between the expression of USP10 protein and its clinicopathological features were analyzed. Results: The positive rate of USP10 was 41.9% in cervix squamous cell carcinoma and 61.5% in normal cells, the difference was statistically significant. The expression of USP10 in cervix squamous cell cancer was negatively correlated with FIGO stage and differentiation. We also found a positively correlation between the expression of USP10 and E-cadherin, P53. Conclusion: USP10 protein is low-expressed in cervix squamous cell carcinoma, which may be correlated with poor prognosis.
