目的：探讨调节性B细胞(regulatory B cell，Breg细胞)在过敏性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis，AR)鼠模型鼻黏膜中比例变化及意义。方法：16只BALB/C小鼠随机分为两组，每组8只。AR组使用卵清蛋白来构建AR鼠模型，对照组使用生理盐水替代。收取两组小鼠鼻黏膜组织，采用流式细胞术检测两组小鼠鼻黏膜中Breg细胞的比例。结果：在AR组与对照组小鼠鼻黏膜中均检测到Breg细胞，并且AR组中Breg细胞比例(1.15%±0.20%)低于对照组(2.30%±0.46%)，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：Breg细胞比例下降在AR的发病中起重要作用。
Expression and significance of regulatory B cells in the murine model of allergic rhinitis
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of the proportion of regulatory B cells (Breg) in the murine model of allergic rhinitis. Methods: Sixteen BALB/C mice were randomly divided into two groups, the allergic rhinitis group and control group, with 8 mice in each group. Murine model of allergic rhinitis was constructed with ovalbumin, the use of saline as control group. The proportion of Breg cells in nasal mucosa of the two groups were measured by flow cytometry. Results: The Breg cells can be detected in the allergic rhinitis group and the control group. The Breg proportion in allergic rhinitis group (1.15%±0.20%) was lower than that in the control group (2.30%±0.46%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The decreasing of Breg cell proportion plays an important role in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis.
