Effect of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency surgery under nasal endoscopy on patients’ mucosal recovery after endoscopic sinus neoplasms surgery
Objective: To analyze the effect of endoscopic sinus neoplasms surgery on patients with mucosal recovery after nasal endoscopy combined with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency surgery. Methods: We selected 60 patients with sinus neoplasms from June 2015 to May 2016 in the hospitalized patients of our department, and divided them into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method. The effect of patients’ mucosal recovery with endoscopic sinus neoplasms surgery after low-temperature plasma radiofrequency surgery was observed and compared. Results: The operative time, blood loss, hospitalization time, and complication rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); number of grade I, grade II and grade III and IV and the time mucosal epithelium in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Endoscopic low-temperature plasma knife resection operation has well effect on mucosal recovery after endoscopic sinus neoplasms surgery, the shorter epithelization time of nasal mucosa can effectively prevent the incidence of postoperative complications. It is worthy of popularization and application which has significant clinical effect.
