Diagnostic value of the three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound in placenta accrete during the third trimester
Objective: To investigate the value of three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of placenta accrete during the third trimester. Methods: 32 patients with suspected placenta implantation were collected. All of the patients were checked by two methods of two-dimensional Doppler ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound. Posterior placenta space, interior echo and blood vessels were observed, the placenta accrete coincidence of two methods were summarized. Results: The coincidence of two-dimensional Doppler ultrasound combined three-dimensional power Doppler was higher than two-dimensional color Doppler (χ2=5.33, P<0.05). Conclusion: Two-dimensional Doppler ultrasound combined three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound is better than two-dimensional Doppler ultrasound for diagnosing placenta accrete and of important clinical significance.
