摘要

瞬时性受体电位通道M7(transient receptor potential melastatin 7,TRPM7)是近些年来发现的一种非选择性阳离子通道,同时具有离子通道和蛋白激酶双重结构域的独特双功能蛋白。研究发现TRPM7广泛分布于多种组织器官中,通过调控细胞膜的电位,调节细胞内外离子稳态,影响细胞内信号多种通路的方式,参与细胞的多种生理过程。对其的研究发现TRPM7在调控细胞内外离子平衡,细胞生长增殖、生长以及各种炎性反应中都发挥着比较重要的作用。本文旨在阐述TRPM7的功能和机制,并探讨TRPM7在肾脏病中的重要病理、生理意义,寻找可能为肾脏病的治疗带来长期临床效应的治疗方法。

Abstract

Transient receptor potential melastatin 7 (TRPM7) is a non-selective cation channel, which is found in recent years. It has the unique dual function of ion channel and protein kinase domain. The study found that TRPM7 is widely distributed in various organs and tissues. TRPM7 involves in a variety of physiological processes by regulating the cell membrane potential, regulating the intracellular and extracellular ion homeostasis, affecting the way of intracellular signaling pathways. It was found that TRPM7 plays an important role in regulating cell homeostasis, cell growth, proliferation, growth, and all kinds of inflammatory responses. The purpose of this paper is to explain the function and mechanism of TRPM7, and to explore the important pathological and physiological significance of TRPM7 in kidney disease, and to find the possible treatment method for the treatment of kidney disease.
