摘要

CD90是一种位于细胞膜表面的糖蛋白,主要参与细胞之间以及细胞与基质之间的相互作用,可在各种正常组织细胞中表达。最近有学者从一些肿瘤组织如食管癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、肝癌等分离出CD90阳性细胞,并且证实这些细胞可表现肿瘤干细胞的主要特性。一些研究还证实CD90参与了肿瘤微环境的分子调控机制,并且其表达与肿瘤预后相关。本文综述了CD90与消化系统、神经系统、泌尿系统、生殖系统及其他肿瘤的研究进展,认为CD90有望成为恶性肿瘤诊断及鉴别诊断的分子标记物及其靶向治疗的新靶点。

Abstract

CD90 is a kind of glycoprotein on the surface of cell membrane, which could express in a variety of normal tissue cells. It is mainly responsible for the regulation of interactions between cells or between the cell and matrix. Recently, some researchers isolated CD90 positive cells from different tumor tissues, such as esophageal cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer, liver cancer, etc., and confirmed that these cells could represent the main characteristic of cancer stem cells. Some studies also confirmed that CD90 was involved in the regulation mechanism of tumor microenvironment, and its expression was associated with prognosis of tumor. The research of CD90 in different tumors including the tumor of digestive system, nervous system, urinary system, female reproductive system and other tumors were introduced in this text. In a word, CD90 is expected to become a molecular marker of tumor diagnosis or differential diagnosis and a new target for malignant tumor therapy.
