摘要

目的:研究Rad6在脑胶质母细胞瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法:在组织水平,使用免疫组织化学方法检测32例脑胶质母细胞瘤组织及21例瘤旁正常组织中Rad6的表达,应用SPSS17.0统计软件,分析Rad6表达与临床病理参数及预后的关系。结果:Rad6在胶质母细胞瘤组织及瘤旁正常组织中阳性率分别为65.63%、28.57% (χ2=6.97;P=0.009)。经Kaplan-Meier法生存比较,Rad6的阳性表达者比阴性表达者生存期短(P<0.05)。Rad6蛋白的表达与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、血管密度、肿瘤直径及坏死无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Rad6过度表达与脑胶质母细胞瘤有关,有望成为胶质母细胞瘤新的预后基因。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the role of Rad6 in glioblastoma and analyze the clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Rad6 in 32 cases of glioblastoma tissue and 21 cases peritumoral normal tissue and then its relationship between clinicopathological features and prognosis was analyzed. Results: The positive expression rate of Rad6 protein in 32 cases of glioblastoma tissue and 21 cases peritumoral normal tissue specimens were 65.63% and 28.57% respectively (χ2=6.97, P=0.009). The results of Kaplan-Meier survival analysis indicated that positive expression of Rad6 were associated with a worse survival (P<0.05). Rad6 expression had no significantly correlations with the patient’s age, sex, tumor location, vascular density, tumor size and necrosis (P>0.05). Conclusion: The abnormal expression of Rad6 might be correlated with the development and progression of glioblastoma. Rad6 might be an indicator to predict the prognosis of glioblastoma.
