摘要

目的:分析儿科护士遭受工作场所暴力后采取书写表达积极情绪方法的干预效果。方法:对56名遭受医暴的儿科护理人员,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各28名。观察组采用书写表达积极情绪方法干预,对照组采取一般心理干预。分别在干预前和干预后进行应对方式问卷评估。结果:干预
4周后观察组在成熟应对方式中,解决问题得分(0.96±0.32)分,求助得分(0.83±0.46)分,合理化得分(0.84±0.63)分,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);同时观察组在不成熟应对方式中得分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:书写表达积极情绪对遭受工作场所暴力的儿科护理人员进行干预,能有效提高其应对方式,取得良好效果。

Impact of written expression of positive emotions on coping style of pediatric nurse after suffering workplace violence

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the influence of written expression of positive emotion on coping style of pediatric nurse suffering workplace violence. Methods: 56 cases of pediatric nurses experiencing workplace violence were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 28 cases in each group. Pediatric nurses in observation group were required to express positive emotions in written. Pediatric nurses in control group received general psychological intervention. Results: After 4 weeks of intervention, the scores of problem-solving (0.96±0.32), help (0.83±0.46) and rationalization (0.84±0.63) in mature coping style in observation group were higher than those in control group and the difference was statistically significance (P<0.05); in observation group, the scores were lower than those in control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Written expression of positive emotion can effectively improve pediatric nurse’s coping style and benefit their physical and psychological health after suffering workplace violence.
