摘要

目的:考察肺动脉漂浮导管应用于心血管危重症中的临床效果。方法:将50例心血管危重症患者依据治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组患者单纯给予主动脉内球囊反搏治疗而观察组在此基础上加用肺动脉漂浮导管。比较两组患者心功能、血流动力学、并发症发生率和短期预后。结果:两组患者治疗后的心功能、血流动力学均显著改善。两组患者血压、血氧饱和度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组患者心率显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后左室射血分数显著高于对照组且NT-proBNP显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者心肌梗死再发率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:肺动脉漂浮导管在心血管危重症的辅助治疗中具有改善心功能、改善预后的作用,具有临床应用价值。

The effect of pulmonary artery floating catheter in the treatment of severe cardiovascular disease

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of pulmonary artery floating catheter in the treatment of severe cardiovascular disease. Methods: 50 cases of severe cardiovascular disease patients were divided into observation group and control group, 25 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) and the observation group was treated with pulmonary artery floating catheter additionally. The cardiac function, hemodynamics, complication rate and short term prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results: The cardiac function and hemodynamics of both groups were significantly improved after treatment. After treatment, there was no significant difference of blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation between both groups (P>0.05). But the heart rate in observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction in observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group and NT-proBNP was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). The recurrence rate of myocardial infarction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Pulmonary artery floating catheter used in the treatment of severe cardiovascular disease has the effect of improving cardiac function and outcome, which has the value of clinical application.
