摘要

目的:探讨PI3K/AKT信号通路中PI3K、AKT及Survivin在上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达及其相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法及Image-ProPlus图像分析软件检测PI3K、AKT、Survivin蛋白分别在30例正常卵巢组织、30例上皮性卵巢良性肿瘤、30例上皮性卵巢交界性肿瘤及30例上皮性卵巢癌中的表达情况。结果:PI3K、AKT、Survivin在恶性组中的阳性表达率显著高于其它三组,其表达与患者临床病理特征无关,PI3K与Survivin、PI3K与AKT及AKT与Survivin之间的表达呈正相关。结论:PI3K/AKT信号通路中PI3K、AKT及凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin与上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展有关;联合检测PI3K、AKT、Survivin有望成为上皮性卵巢癌临床诊断与鉴别诊断的参考指标。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the expression and relevance of PI3K, AKT, Survivin protein in PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and the apoptosis related regulation factors in epithelial ovarian tumors. Methods: Expressions of PI3K, AKT, Survivin were detected in 30 cases of normal epithelial ovarian tissues, 30 cases of ovarian benign tumor, 30 cases of borderline ovarian tumors and 30 cases of primary epithelial ovarian cancer by IHC and Image-ProPlus image analysis software. Results: The positive expressions of PI3K, AKT, Survivin in the malignant group was significantly higher than the other three groups. Their expression is not relevant with the clinical and pathological characteristics of the patients. There were positively correlated expressions between PI3K and AKT, PI3K and Survivin, AKT and Survivin. Conclusion: PI3K, AKT, Survivin were related with the occurrence and development in epithelial ovarian cancer; they are expected to be a reference index for the clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.
