房颤相关差异性表达蛋白质研究进展

摘要

房颤(atrial fibrillation,AF)是临床最常见的持续性心律失常,与心房结构重构、电重构及代谢重构等密切相关。蛋白质作为细胞功能的最终执行者,在AF的发生发展中起着决定性作用。针对差异表达蛋白质的研究,为AF发生发展机制的阐明及治疗靶点的选择提供了广阔的空间。研究表明, 在AF的多个发生机制中均存在大量差异表达蛋白质。现就AF相关差异性表达蛋白质研究进展作简要综述。

Abstract

Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common sustained arrhythmia encountered in clinical practice, which is closely correlated with structural remodeling, electric remodeling and metabolic remodeling. Protein, as the final executor of cellular function, play a critical role in the mechanism of atrial fibrillation. Studies of differentially expressed protein in atrial fibrillation provide a broad space in explaining mechanism of atrial fibrillation and selecting therapeutic targets. Studies have shown that there is plenty of differentially expressed protein in the process of atrial fibrillation. This review examines recent progression of differentially expressed protein in atrial fibrillation.
