摘要
肝细胞肝癌(Hepatocellular carcinoma，HCC，下称肝癌)是全世界第三大致死性肿瘤[1]。虽然已经有大量研究对肝癌发生的分子机制进行了探索， 但目前仍未发现十分有效的诊断或预后因素及治疗靶点。
