ICAM-1、P-选择素和D-二聚体在子痫前期中的相关性研究

摘要

目的:探讨子痫前期患者细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、P-选择素(P-选择素)、D-二聚体(D-dimer) 的水平变化及相互关系。方法:选择随机选取年龄、孕周、孕次相匹配的子痫前期孕妇90例为观察组,同期正常晚期妊娠孕妇92例为对照组,采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测两组研究对象胎盘组织中ICAM-1、P-选择素的表达水平;采用酶联免疫吸附ELISA法检测两组对象血浆ICAM-1、P-选择素和D-二聚体的表达水平。结果:子痫前期患者胎盘组织ICAM-1、P-选择素的表达水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),在子痫前期组二者之间存在正相关性(r=0.523,P<0.05);两组孕妇血浆均有ICAM-1、P-选择素和D-二聚体的表达,子痫前期患者血浆ICAM-1、P-选择素和D-二聚体表达水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),在子痫前期组三者之间相互呈明显正相关关系(分别为r=0.489, r=0.561和r=0.517,均P<0.05)。结论:子痫前期患者ICAM-1、P-选择素和D-二聚体的高表达可能与子痫前期的发生发展有关,监测这些指标对判断病情及指导治疗具有重要价值。

The correlation study of ICAM-1, P-selectin and D-dimer in preeclampsia

Abstract

Objective: To explore the expression and correlation of ICAM-1, P-selectin, D-dimer in preeclampsia. Methods: A total of 90 preeclampsia pregnant were selected randomly as the observation group, and matching to age, gestational age, pregnant times, 92 normal pregnant women were selected as the control group, to detect the expression of ICAM-1 and P-selectin of the placenta tissue by immunohistochemical SABC in two groups; and detect the expression of ICAM-1, P-selectin and D-dimer of plasma by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ELISA in two groups. Results: The expression of ICAM-1 and P-selectin in preeclampsia placenta tissue were higher than that in normal control group, the difference was statistical significantly (P<0.05), ICAM-1 and P-selectin were positively correlated in preeclampsia placenta (r=0.523, P<0.05). ICAM-l, P-selectin and D-dimer were expressed in maternal plasma of each group, which were higher in preeclampsia than that in normal control group, the difference was statistical significantly (P<0.05), ICAM-l, P-selectin and D-dimer were positively correlated to each other in preeclampsia placenta (r=0.489, r=0.561 and r=0.517 respectively, P<0.05). Conclusion: The high expression of ICAM-1, P-selectin and D-dimer may be associated with the development of preeclampsia, which is very important for determining condition and guiding treatment.
