彩超在预测FSH正常不孕症患者的超排卵期中卵巢反应的研究

摘要
目的：探讨彩超在预测FSH正常不孕症患者的超排卵期中卵巢反应的临床价值。方法：将46例FSH 正常不孕症患者根据卵巢反应分为正常反应组(n=34)和低反应组(n=12)，治疗结束后比较两组患者的窦卵泡计数、卵巢血流速、阻力指数，获得卵数及优质率。结果：治疗后正常组窦卵泡计数及卵巢基质峰值血流速高于低反应组(P<0.05)；治疗后正常反应组获卵数、优质卵及优质率高于低反应组(P<0.05)。结论：经阴道彩超检查对FSH正常不孕症患者卵巢反应性具有良好的预测与评估，值得临床推广。

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical value of ultrasound in prediction of ovarian response in infertility patients with normal FSH. Methods: A total of 46 cases of infertility patients with normal FSH were divided into normal response group(n=32) and low response group (n=12) according to ovarian response; follicle count, ovarian blood flow velocity, resistance index, the number of obtained eggs and rate of eggs in quality were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results: Antral follicle count, ovarian stromal peak flow velocity of normal response group were significantly higher than those of low response group after treatment (P<0.05); number of obtained eggs , high-quality eggs and rate of eggs in quality were significantly higher than those of low response group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: Transvaginal ultrasonography has good forecasting and assessment in infertility patients with normal FSH and worthy of promotion.
