摘要

目的 探讨二甲苯溶解石蜡的的理论使用上限,为量化管理脱蜡试剂提供理论依据。 方法 模拟脱蜡的过程,对我科使用的Paraplast生物组织切片石蜡进行了10批次二甲苯溶解实验,以实验数据绘制溶解曲线,通过曲线的形态判断得出二甲苯对石蜡的合理使用区间。结果 根据溶解度、密度、质量和体积的关系,计算得出,AR级的二甲苯在25℃条件下,对Paraplast制作的石蜡切片,每百毫升可处理切片147张。结论 量化管理试剂既确保了制片质量又节省了试剂,同时也降低了对环境的污染,也更好地保护了工作人员的健康。有望成为各实验室规范化管理的一个指标。

Abstract

Purpose To explore the limitation of the xylene dissolve paraffin,as to provide theoretical basis for quantitative management of dewaxing reagent. Methods Simulating of the dewaxing process, the division we use Paraplast paraffin on the 10 batches of xylene dissolution experiment, the dissolution curve is drawn in the experimental data, through the curve of the form to judge xylene on the rational use of interval of paraffin. Results According to the relationship of solubility, density, mass and volume, calculate that in 25 ℃, xylene AR on Paraplast paraffin section, per deciliter can handle section 147. Conclusion Quantitative management of reagent is to ensure the production quality and saves reagent, but also reduces the pollution to the environment, and better to protect the health of workers. It is expected to become a criterion of laboratory standardization management.
