摘要

雌激素是一种类固醇激素,在体内具有广泛的生物学活性。细胞膜钙通道是介导外钙内流的主要 途径,参与了细胞内的很多过程,包括细胞兴奋、增殖、分化和凋亡。大量研究表明,雌激素可 通过基因组效应机制影响神经系统、心血管系统以及其他组织细胞钙通道的表达和功能,也可通 过非基因组效应机制快速激活或者抑制多种不同钙通道的活性,并且多呈现一种非单调的量效关 系,本文就雌激素对钙通道作用的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract

Estrogen is a kind of steroid hormone with a wide range of biological activities. Membrane calcium channels are the major entrance of Ca2+ influx into cells, which play important roles in a variety of intracellular processes, including cell excitation, proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. It have been demonstrated that estrogen has a significant influence on the expression and function of the calcium channels in the nervous system, the cardiovascular system and other tissues through genomic mechanism. Additionally, recent studies have also suggested that estrogen even can promote or inhibit the activity of different calcium channels through nongenomic mechanism by showing non-monotonic dose-response characteristics. This review summarizes the progresses in the effects of estrogen on calcium channels.
