摘要

细丝蛋白A(filamin A,FLNa)是在非肌性细胞中发现的第一个肌动蛋白交联蛋白。其可与90多种配体结合,包括通路蛋白、细胞内信号分子及转录因子等,具有整合细胞力学和信号转导的作用。FLNa所结合的配体分布广泛,当其发生突变时可导致包括恶性肿瘤等严重后果。

Abstract

Filamin a (FLNa) is the first non-muscle actin filament cross-linking protein. It has over 90 binding partners including channels, receptors, intracellular signaling molecules and even transcription factors, which play a role in conformity cell mechanics and signal transduction. Due to this diversity, mutations in human FLNa genes can result in a wide range of anomalies with moderate to lethal consequences including malignant tumor. This review focuses on the research progress of molecule structure and functions of FLNa in diseases development.
