摘要

核因子κB(nuclear transcription factor kappa B,NF-κB)是一组重要的转录因子,它在肺癌的发生发展和治疗中的作用是国内外研究的热点。NF-κB信号传导通路的激活可导致一系列肺癌相关基因的异常表达,从而影响肺癌发生发展的全过程,但其具体机制尚未完全清楚。NF-κB信号传导通路的抑制剂可以通过诱导细胞凋亡提高肺癌患者对放化疗的敏感性,从而发挥其治疗作用。近年的研究发现,放化疗联合NF-κB抑制剂可以明显延长晚期肺癌患者的生存时间,为晚期肺癌患者的治疗提供新的策略。本文就NF-κB在肺癌作用中的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract

NF-κB (nuclear transcription factor kappa B) is a series of important transcription factors. It’s role in the development and treatment of lung cancer has always being a hot spot in the domestic and foreign research. The activation of NF-κB signaling pathway can lead to abnormal expression of a series of lung cancer related genes, which may affect the whole process of the occurrence and development of lung cancer, but the specific mechanism is not yet fully understood. Inhibitors of NF-κB signaling pathway can improve the sensitivity of lung cancer patients to radiotherapy and chemotherapy by inducing apoptosis. In recent years, the clinical study found that the combination of chemotherapy/radiotherapy and NF-κB inhibitor can significantly prolong the survival time of patients with advanced lung cancer, and provide a new strategy for the treatment of patients with advanced lung cancer. In this article, we reviewed the research progression of NF-κB in lung cancer.
