布拉氏酵母菌散剂辅助治疗轮状病毒性肠炎临床疗效观察

摘要

目的:观察布拉氏酵母菌治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。方法:选取我院2011年11月至2015年11月收治的轮状病毒性肠炎患儿128例,按照随机数字法分为对照组和实验组,每组各64例,对照组患儿施予常规对症治疗及口服蒙脱石散剂,实验组在对照组的治疗措施基础上采用布拉氏酵母菌散剂进行辅助治疗,观察两组婴幼儿的治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果:实验组的总有效率(98.4%),显著高于对照组(81.2%)(χ2=10.36,P=0.00)。观察组的住院时间、止泻时间、腹痛时间以及不良反应发生率均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),实验组治疗3和5 d大便次数明显低于对照组(P<0.01),两组婴幼儿用药后均无不良反应发生,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:布拉氏酵母菌散剂在治疗婴幼儿患轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效显著,具有起效快、快速修复小肠细胞并阻碍轮状病毒入侵、安全性高等特点,值得在临床上推广使用。

The clinical efficacy of saccharomyces boulardii powder in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse events of saccharomyces boulardii powder in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods: Selected 128 children with rotavirus enteritis in our hospital from November 2011 to November 2015, randomly divided into control group and experimental group, each of 64 cases. The children in the control group was administered conventional symptomatic treatment and oral montmorillonite powder, the experimental group were treated with saccharomyces boulardii powder as adjuvant therapy based on the control measures. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results: The total efficiency (98.4%) was significantly higher than that (81.2%) in the experimental group (χ2=10.36, P=0.00). The time of hospitalization, diarrhea, abdominal pain and the adverse reaction rate in the observation group was lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), the stool frequency of experimental group in 3 and 5 days after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01). Infants of the two groups had no adverse reactions after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: The effect of saccharomyces boulardii powder in infants and young children suffering from rotavirus enteritis is obvious. With rapid onset and rapid repair for intestinal cells, the saccharomyces boulardii powder hinders the development of rotavirus with high security features, and should be introduced in clinical practice.
