41 751例女性宫颈细胞中HPV基因分型的回顾性分析

摘要

目的:分析女性宫颈上皮细胞人乳头状瘤病毒HPV感染状况和基因分布情况,为预防HPV感染和防治宫颈癌提供科学依据。方法:收集2013年1月至2015年8月中国人民解放军北京军区总医院宫颈癌筛查自愿接受宫颈HPV检查者宫颈标本41 751例,年龄为14~95岁。采用凯普的导流杂交方法对宫颈上皮细胞标本进行15种高危HPV和6种低危HPV基因型检测,分析女性宫颈HPV感染状况。结果:41 751例女性宫颈上皮细胞标本HPV总阳性率为17.485%,高危HPV型别前4位的分别是16、52、53和58,低危HPV型别前4位的分别是6、11、42和43。结论:凯普的导流杂交膜HPV各基因亚型位点分布对女性宫颈HPV感染分子流行病学调查研究具有重要意义。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze human papillomavirus (HPV) infection status and gene distribution in cervical epithelial cells of women, provide a scientific basis for preventing HPV infection and treating cervical cancer. Methods: From January 2013 to August 2015, a total of 41 751 cases aged from 14 to 95 years old received cervical HPV examination voluntarily in the General Military Hospital of Beijing PLA . Cape diversion hybrid technology was used to detect 15 high-risk HPV genotypes and 6 low-risk HPV genotypes in cervical epithelial cells, and women with cervical HPV infection status were analyzed. Results: The total positive rate of 41 751 cases of cervical epithelial cell specimens was 17.485%. The four tops of high-risk HPV type were 16, 52, 53 and 58; and the four tops of low-risk HPV type were 6, 11, 42 and 43. Conclusion: The diversion of cape hybrid membrane can be used for HPV genotyping in cervical epithelial cells, which has important significance in epidemiological investigation and study of cervical HPV infection in women.
