摘要

干扰素诱导蛋白6(interferon, alpha-inducible protein 6,IFI6)是一个能被Ⅰ型干扰素诱导上调的干扰素刺激基因(interferon stimulate gene,ISG)之一。近年来发现IFI6在抗病毒、抗凋亡和促肿瘤等多个生物学功能发挥重要作用,在多种恶性肿瘤,病毒相关性疾病和自身免疫性疾病中高表达。IFI6与细胞色素C共定位于线粒体,能够抑制细胞色素C释放,起着抵抗细胞凋亡作用,对肿瘤的放化疗效果有一定的影响。本文就IFI6的研究现状作一简要综述。

Abstract

Interferon inducible protein6 (IFI6) is a kind of ISG (interferon stimulate gene) induced by I IFN. Recently many researchers have found that IFI6 can play an important role in multiple biological functions, such as antivirus, antiapoptosis and promoting tumorigenesis. IFI6 was high expression in many malignant tumor, virus-associated diseases and autoimmune diseases. IFI6 and cytochrome C co-located in mitochondria, and IFI6 can inhibit cytochrome C release from mitochondria, which is leading the attenuation of apoptosis. This antiapoptosis feature has a certain impact on the effect of radiation and chemotherapy in tumor. This paper briefly presents a survey of IFI6.
