摘要

心肌肥大是心肌细胞从成熟的“收缩状态”向“胚胎型合成状态”转化的一种现象,是心力衰竭发展过程中的主要病理生理过程。心肌成纤维细胞约占心肌细胞总数的60%~70%,它们参与细胞外基质的合成和沉积、细胞信号调控、物质代谢等。同时,其能够在受损或衰竭心脏中诱导纤维化性心肌重塑,调节心脏功能。

Abstract

Myocardial hypertrophy is the phenomenon that the cardiomyocytes transform from mature “contraction state” to “embryonic synthesis state”. It is also the major pathological process that contributes to the development of heart failure. Cardiac fibroblasts are the most cell type in the heart, which participate in the synthesis and deposition of extracellular matrix, regulation of cell signaling and metabolism. In the injured or failing heart, cardiac fibroblasts could induce the fibrotic myocardial remodeling and modulate cardiac function. A statement of the related signaling about cardiac fibroblasts and other pathways which involves in the mediation of cardiac hypertrophy will be given from the document.
