摘要

目的:探讨依赖还原型辅酶I(II)醌氧化还原酶1[NAD(P)H:quinine oxidoreductase 1,NQO1] 基因多态性与肺癌易感性的关系。方法:在CNKI、重庆维普数据库、万方数据库、Medline、 PubMed、Embase、Science Online等数据库搜索关于NQO1基因cDNA609位点多态性与肺癌易感 关联的病例对照研究。对纳入的文献逐篇进行质量评估。用Meta分析软件Review Manager 5.0对各 项研究结果进行系统性评价。结果:最终共有26篇文献纳入Meta分析。Meta分析结果显示TT基因 型和CT+TT基因型的分布在病例组和对照组间差异无统计学意义(OR=1.02,95% CI:0.91~1.15, P=0.68;OR=0.98,95% CI:0.89~1.08,P=0.65)。在不同种族和不同病理分型的亚组分析中,两 组差异亦无统计学意义(P均≥0.05)。结论:尚不能确定NQO1基因cDNA609位点多态性与肺癌易 感性有关。

A systematic analysis between NQO1 gene polymorphism and susceptibility of lung cancer

Abstract

Objective: To explore the relationship between NAD(P)H:quinine oxidoreductase 1 (NQO1) gene polymorphism and susceptibility of lung cancer. Methods: CNKI, Chongqing VIP database, Wanfang database, Medline, PubMed, Embase, Science Online and other databases were used to search a large number of case control studies associated with NQO1 gene cDNA609 polymorphism and susceptibility of lung cancer. Quality assessments were done for every included research study. The systematic analysis was conducted by meta-analysis software Review Manager 5.0. Results: The meta-analysis included 26 research studies finally. In both the TT and CT+TT genotype frequencies of NQO1 gene cDNA609, there were no statistical significances between cases and controls in overall (OR=1.02, 95% CI: 0.91~1.15, P=0.68; OR=0.98, 95% CI: 0.89~1.08; P=0.65). Subgroup analyses on different races and different pathological types show no statistical significance between cases and controls either (P≥0.05). Conclusion: The findings suggested that NQO1 gene cDNA609 might not contribute to the susceptibility of lung cancer.
