摘要

缺血性心脏病是临床心血管内外科常见疾病,因局部心肌缺血导致心肌损伤降低心功能。恢复缺血心肌血流和恢复心肌组织细胞数量是缺血性心脏病防治的主要突破口。干细胞是恢复心肌组织细胞数量的主要手段:骨髓单核细胞是一种多成分多功能的细胞混合物,具有多向分化潜能,在缺血性心脏病治疗中具有重要意义。本文主要从骨髓单核细胞的成分及其在缺血性心脏病防治中的作用及机制进行阐述。

Abstract

Ischemic Heart Disease (IHD) a common cardiovascular disease in clinic, is characterized with heart dysfunction because of cardiomyocytes injury induced by local myocardial ischemia. The major breakthrough for IHD treatment is to recover the blood flow for the ischemic region and increasing the cell numbers. Stem cell is an important strategy for increasing the myocardial cell number. Bone marrow mononuclear cell (BMMNC) is a pluripotent cell mixture with multiple cell types and multifunction, playing important role in IHD control. Here, we mainly review the differentiations, roles and mechanisms of BMMNC in prevention of IHD.
