双眼视训练治疗弱视的临床效果

摘要

目的:本研究旨在探讨双眼视功能综合功能训练疗法对于儿童弱视的治疗效果。方法:将本院眼科中心收治的78例(144眼)弱视儿童根据就诊顺序分为研究组39例(74眼)和对照组39例(70眼),对照组采用屈光不正矫正、遮盖疗法、光栅刺激、红光闪烁、视标训练治疗,研究组在此基础上加用同视机、网络版多媒体训练系统进行双眼视功能训练治疗,观察两组儿童在治疗3个疗程(30 d为1个疗程)后的视功能变化情况。结果:研究组轻度弱视儿童的治疗有效率96.97%、中度弱视儿童治疗有效率88.46%、研究组的总有效率86.49%分别显著的高于对照组的75.76%、56.52%、61.43%(P<0.05)。研究组远视儿童的治疗有效率92.59%、近视儿童治疗有效率100%均显著的高于对照组的69.57%、62.50%(P<0.05);两组对混合性散光眼的治疗效果差异不显著(P>0.05)。治疗后研究组的立体视正常率78.38%显著的高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05);治疗后研究组和对照组的立体视正常率较治疗前均显著的提高(P<0.05)。结论:双眼视功能综合功能训练疗法能够显著的改善儿童的视功能。

Clinical effect of binocular vision training for amblyopia

Abstract

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the therapeutic effect of binocular visual functional training for children with amblyopia. Methods: According to the hospital ophthalmic center from 78 cases (144 eyes) of amblyopia children randomly divided into the study group (n=39) (74 eyes) and control group (n=39) (70 eyes), control group with refractive correction, cover therapy, grating stimuli, flashing red light, depending on the standard training in the treatment, study group in this basis plus with TV, online multimedia training system of binocular visual function training treatment observed two groups of children in the after treatment of 3 courses (30 days as one course of treatment) of optic function change situation. Results: The treatment of children with mild amblyopia was effective rate 96.97%, moderate amblyopia treatment effective rate was 88.46%, the research group of total efficiency 86.49% was significantly higher than the control group 75.76%, 56.52%, and 61.43% (P<0.05). The treatment of hyperopia children in the study group effective rate 92.59%, treatment of children with myopia effective rate of 100% were significantly higher than the control group 69.57%, 62.50% (P<0.05); the therapeutic effect of mixed astigmatism between the two groups was not significant (P>0.05). After treatment, the study group of stereopsis normal rate of 78.38% was significantly higher than that of the control group of 60.00% (P<0.05); after treatment study group and the control group of stereopsis of normal rate compared with those before treatment were significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Binocular visual functional training can improve the visual function of children.
