摘要

微小RNA(microRNAs,miRNA)是一类内源性非编码小RNA分子,miRNA不仅参与各种细胞生理活动(如细胞增殖、分化、凋亡等),还与肿瘤发生发展关系密切。研究表明miRNA可通过与靶mRNA的3'非编码区互补配对,使得靶mRNA降解或翻译抑制,从而在转录后水平调控基因表达。肝细胞癌是威胁人类健康的恶性肿瘤之一,深入了解miRNA及其在肝细胞癌进程中的作用,将为HCC的分子机制研究提供新的思路。

Abstract

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a family of endogenous, short, non-coding RNAs, and play key roles in a broad range of biological processes, including embryogenesis, differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis as well as carcinogenesis. Recent evidences indicate that microRNAs can pair with 3' untranslated region of target mRNAs resulting in the post-transcriptionally regulation. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a severe disease threatening human life and health. Elucidation of the functions of miRNAs in HCC progression may open a novel avenue to understand the molecule mechanism for HCC.
