摘要

真核细胞翻译起始因子4E( eukaryotic initiation factor 4E,eIF4E)是蛋白质翻译起始的关键因子,磷酸化eIF4E(p-eIF4E)与真核生物蛋白质合成及与肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭、转移和预后密切相关。p-eIF4E的异常表达参与了前列腺癌、淋巴瘤以及肺癌等多种肿瘤的发生、发展。

Abstract

Eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4E (eIF4E) is the most important translation initiation factor for protein translation. Phosphorylation of eIF4E is closely related to the eukaryotic protein synthesis and tumor occurrence, development, metastasis and prognosis. The abnormal level of p-eIF4E is involved in the occurrence and development of many tumors such as prostatic cancer, lymphoma and lung cancer.
