基于Pender模式的家庭随访教育方案在肺癌患者中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨基于Pender模式的家庭健康教育随访方案对肺癌患者健康生活方式和生命质量的影响。方法:应用信封法将入选的肺癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规家庭随访教育方案,观察组实施以Pender模式为基础的家庭随访教育方案,收集并比较两组干预前后的健康促进生活方式(health promoting lifestyle profile,HPLP)得分和生命质量(European organization for research and treatment of cancer quality of life questionnaire-core 30,EORTC QLQ-C30)得分。结果:干预后观察组HPLP总分及各维度得分均明显改善,除人际关系以外其他各维度得分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001),对照组在健康责任、营养、压力应对、人际关系以及HPLP总分的改善亦具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在生活质量方面,干预后观察组生命质量各维度得分均明显改善,除躯体维度以外,其他维度的得分均明显高于对照组,对照组在角色功能、认知功能和情绪功能的改善亦具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于Pender模式的家庭健康随访教育方案能有效提升肺癌患者的健康生活方式,改善生活质量。

Application of Pender-based family follow-up visit scheme in lung cancer patients

Abstract

Objective: To discuss the influence of Pender mode-based family healthy education follow-up visit scheme on healthy life style and living quality of lung cancer patients. Methods: The lung cancer patients selected with envelope method were divided into the control group and the observation group randomly. The control group adopted routine family follow-up visit education scheme while the observation group adopted the Pender mode-based family follow-up visit education scheme. The health promoting lifestyle profile (HPLP) score and the European organization for research and treatment of cancer quality of life questionnaire-core 30 (EORTC QLQ-C30) score before and after intervention of the two groups were collected and compared. Results: HPLP total score and scores of various dimensions of the observation group after intervention were evidently improved. Except interpersonal relationship score, the scores of other dimensions were evidently higher than those of the control group. The differences were of statistical significance (P<0.001). The improvement of scores of healthy responsibility, nutrition, stress coping, interpersonal relationship and HPLP total score of the control group were also of statistical significance (P<0.05). In terms of living quality, the scores of all living quality dimensions of the observation group after intervention were increased evidently. Except body dimension score, the scores of other dimensions were evidently higher than those of the control group. The improvement of scores of role function, cognitive function and emotional function of the control group were also of statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Pender mode-based family healthy education follow-up visit scheme can effectively improve the healthy life style and living quality of lung cancer patients.
