摘要

糖尿病肾病患者中部分患者可能会合并原发性肾小球疾病，但临床上仍缺乏有效的治疗方法。本 文汇报了一例糖尿病合并大量蛋白尿患者采用小剂量泼尼松联合他克莫司方案的短期疗效。

Abstract

Part of patients with diabetic nephropathy may merge of primary glomerular disease, while effective clinical treatments haven’t be found yet. This article reports a DM patient with massive proteinuria treating by small doses of prednisone combined with tacrolimus.
