Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of nursing intervention based on research of self-care behavior on the diagnosis, efficacy, psychological status, and quality of life in patients with psoriasis, and to provide relevant guidance for patients in clinical nursing. Methods: A total of 81 patients with psoriasis who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were included as the research subjects. Patients were divided into control group (40 cases) and experimental group (41 cases) according to odd-even numbers of the random cases. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing interventions, and patients in the experimental group were given nursing interventions based on self-care behavior studies on the basis of control group. After 6 months of intervention, the diagnosis, efficacy, the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), the Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) scores before and after intervention of the two groups of patients were compared, and satisfaction on nursing intervention of the two groups was analyzed. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.12%, which was significantly higher than 77.50% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); after 6 months of intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced, and the SAS and SDS scores of patients in the experimental group were (20.92±2.56) points and (23.06±2.12) points, which were significantly lower than those in the control group[(35.02±3.20) points, (36.69±3.27) points], and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The DLQI scores of the two groups were significantly reduced, and the experimental group’s physical, psychological, family, social activities and daily activity scores were (0.98±0.27) points, (0.92±0.25) points, (0.91±0.22) points, (0.89±0.23) points, and (0.90±0.25) points, which were significantly lower than those of the control group[(2.54±0.75) points, (2.38±0.61) points, (1.88±0.47) points, (1.75±0.41) points, (1.66±0.42) points]. The difference were statistically significant (P<0.05) the satisfaction on nursing intervention in the experimental group was 97.56%, which was significantly higher than 75.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of nursing intervention based on research of self-care behavior in nursing patients with psoriasis had a significant effect, which could significantly improve the diagnosis and efficacy in patients, relieve their anxiety, depression and other adverse psychological conditions, improve their quality of life, and further improve their satisfaction on nursing intervention, which was worthy of popularization and application.
