摘要
气管导管套囊在机械通气中，可起防止气道漏气，预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的作用。套囊压力管理是气管插管患者气道管理中的一个重要环节。深入了解气管导管套囊压力的影响因素及管理方法，能更好地为气管插管术后套囊相关并发症的防治提供参考。

Abstract
An endotracheal tube with a cuff is generally used for mechanically ventilated patients to prevent gas leakage and ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP). Endotracheal tube cuff pressure management is an important step in the management of airway for patients with endotracheal intubation. An in-depth understanding of the influencing factors and management methods of endotracheal tube cuff pressure can provide a better reference for the prevention and treatment of complications related to cuff after endotracheal intubation.
