摘要

紫癜性肾炎(Henoch-Schönlein purpura nephritis，HSPN)是临床上常见的继发性肾小球疾病，近年来许多研究发现肾小管-间充质损伤是HSPN发生发展的重要因素，对于HSPN患者的预后具有重要意义。

Abstract

Henoch-Schönlein purpura nephritis (HSPN) is a common secondary glomerular disease in clinic. In recent years, many studies have found that tubulointerstitial injury is an important factor in the occurrence and development of HSPN, and it is of great significance for the prognosis of HSPN patients.
