摘要

慢性阻塞性肺疾病是全球范围内的公共卫生挑战,同时也是慢性病患病和病死的主要死亡原因。目前的治疗原则主要为戒烟及以支气管扩张剂为主的药物治疗,肺康复治疗亦可改善症状和生活质量,但总体疗效并不理想。氢气治疗作为一种新的医学干预方法,受到越来越多的关注,近几年已开始应用于呼吸系统疾病。

Abstract

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a public health challenge worldwide and a leading cause of death in chronic diseases and deaths. The current treatment principles are mainly smoking cessation and bronchodilator-based drugs. Pulmonary rehabilitation can also improve symptoms and quality of life, but the overall effect is not satisfactory. As a new medical intervention method, hydrogen therapy has received more and more attention and has been applied to respiratory diseases in recent years.
