白介素-17A在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤中的研究进展

摘要
IL-17A是一种主要由辅助性T细胞17(T helper 17 cells，Th17)产生的促炎细胞因子，是IL -17家族中最具代表性的成员，也是目前研究最为广泛的成员，在肿瘤的发病机制中发挥至关重要的作用。 IL -17A在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(diffuse large B-cell lymphoma，DLBCL)的研究较少，其可能作为判断DLBCL预后的一项重要指标。

Abstract
IL-17A is a pro-inflammatory cytokine secreted mainly by Th17 cells. IL-17A is the most representative member and the most widely investigated cytokine of IL-17 family, it plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of tumors. There are few studies on IL-17A in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), which may be an important index for the prognosis of DLBCL.
