深刺下关为主结合卡马西平治疗顽固性三叉神经痛1例

摘要

三叉神经痛为神经内科常见病和多发病，临床治疗除药物、神经阻滞及手术等方法外，针灸治疗因见效快而无明显不良反应，成为本病的主要治疗方法之一。本案患者病程日久，多方诊治，迁延难愈，经采用深刺下关穴为主结合卡马西平的中西医结合方法治疗，收获良效。

Abstract

Trigeminal neuralgia is common and frequently-occurring disease in neurological department. With the exception of oral drugs, nerve block and surgery clinically, acupuncture becomes one of the main therapy to it because of the quick effect and none of obvious side-effect. This patient had been diagnosed and treated for a long time but failed to heal. She had a good effect through the method of deep acupuncture Xiaguan point combined with carbamazepine.
