摘要

目的:探讨护生生命态度和死亡教育需求的现状,并分析两者的相关性,为制定护生死亡知识教育课程提供参考依据。方法:2016年3至6月,便利抽样法选取南京某医科大学233名护生,采用生命态度量表和死亡教育需求量表进行现状调查,并分析其相关性。结果:233名护生的生命态度总分为306.37±32.77,低于台湾大学生生命态度常模(322.10±40.20)。不同年级护生对死亡教育需求具有明显差异性,其中四年级护生知识需求最高(174.15±19.19)。生命态度各维度中,除“理想”外,“生命自主”“爱与关怀”“存在感”“死亡态度”“生命经验”均与死亡教育需求具有关联性,其中“爱与关怀”“死亡态度”对死亡教育需求具有明显预测作用。结论:护生生命态度总分普遍低于台湾地区大学生,死亡教育需求根据护生年级层次呈现差异性分布。需改善护生生命态度不同维度的认知水平,提高爱与关怀能力和死亡认知态度,进而激发护生学习死亡知识的主动性,积极完成相应的死亡教育课程,为进入临床工作打下基础。

Requirements of the life attitude and death education in 233 nursing students and its correlation

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the status and the correlation between life attitude and death education requirement of nursing specialty students, and to provide evidence for the development of education curriculum. Methods: From March to June 2016, by convenience sampling, 233 nursing students of one of Nanjing Medical University were selected and investigated by using the life-attitude scale and death education requirement scale, and their correlation were analyzed. The statistical methods were used to analyze the impact of life attitude on the requirement of death education for status survey. Results: The total life attitude of the nursing students was 306.37±32.77, which was lower than that of undergraduate in Taiwan (322.10±40.20). There was a significant difference in the requirement of death education in the different grade nursing students, with the highest requirement of fourth grade nursing students (174.15±19.19). In addition to the “Ideal” in the all dimensions of life attitude, “life autonomy”, “love and care”, “existential sense”, “death attitude” and “life experience” were associated with the death education requirement, especially with “love and care” and “death attitude” being predictive factors. Conclusion: The total score of nursing life attitude was generally lower than that of Taiwan, and the education requirement of death was distributed according to the grade of nurses’ need. It is significant to improve the different dimensions of nursing’s life attitude, especially the ability of love and caring, and the cognitive attitude of death. And in turn, stimulating the initiative of the nursing students’ learning and completing the corresponding death education program is fundamental for the clinical work.
