慢性前列腺炎炎症标志物的差异性表达在其临床诊断中的作用

摘要
慢性前列腺炎(chronic prostatitis，CP)是中青年男性的常见病之一，其病因与发病机制尚未明确，故在其诊断和有效治疗方面仍面临着诸多难题。随着近年来国内外对CP炎症标志物的研究不断深入，某些在CP患者中差异性表达的生物标志物已应用于临床与科研，这或将为CP的筛选和诊断提供有效的工具及为开发靶向治疗提供新的思路。

Abstract
Chronic prostatitis (CP) is one of the common diseases in young and middle-aged men. The etiology and pathogenesis of chronic prostatitis are not yet clear, and so many problems are encountered in its diagnosis and effective treatment. In recent years, domestic and international research on inflammatory markers of chronic prostatitis deepening, some biomarkers that are differentially expressed in patients with chronic prostatitis have been used in clinical and scientific research, which may be the screening of chronic prostatitis diagnosis provides an effective tool as well as providing new ideas for developing targeted therapies. This article reviews the progress of some biomarkers and chronic prostatitis.
