中文版产前检查量表的信度与效度

摘要
目的：翻译引进产前检查量表(Antenatal Care Scale，ANCS)，并验证其信度和效度。方法：采用比利时林的跨文化翻译原则对英文版ANCS进行汉化，应用汉化版量表对152名孕妇进行调查，分析其信度和效度。结果：中文版ANCS保留英文版量表的所有26项条目，其条目水平的内容效度(Item-level Content Validity Index，I-CVI)为0.857~1.000，量表水平的内容效度(Scale-level Content Validity Index，S-CVI)为0.962；通过探索性因子分析可提取意向、主观规范、规范信念、行为态度、行为信念和感知行为控制6个维度，累计贡献率为74.8%；量表各维度与总量表的相关系数为0.634~0.801(P<0.01)，各维度相互之间的相关系数为0.306~0.535(P<0.01)；量表的Cronbach’s α系数为0.882，重测相关系数为0.812。结论：中文版ANCS具有良好的信度和效度，适用于国内孕妇对产前检查态度与行为的评价

Abstract
Objective: To examine the reliability and validity of the Antenatal Care Scale (ANCS). Methods: The ANCS was translated into Chinese by Blislin trans cultural translation principle, and 152 Chinese pregnant women were investigated by using the Chinese version ANCS. Results: The Chinese version of ANCS retained English version of all 26 items, the Item-level Content Validity Index (I-CVI) was 0.857–1.000, the Scale-level Content Validity Index (S-CVI) was 0.962; through the exploratory factor analysis can extract the intention, subjective norm, normative beliefs, attitudes, beliefs and behavior perceived behavioral control in six dimensions, the cumulative contribution rate was 74.8%; all the dimensions and total scale correlation coefficient was 0.634–0.801 (P<0.01), each dimension between the correlation coefficient was 0.306–0.535 (P<0.01); the Cronbach’s α was 0.882, the retest coefficient was 0.812. Conclusion: The Chinese version of ANCS has good reliability and validity, and is suitable for the evaluation of the attitude and behavior of prenatal care for pregnant women in China.
