摘要

护患沟通是整个临床护理的关键环节,良好的护患沟通对于全面提高护理质量、提高患者满意度至关重要。本文主要阐述了实习护生护患沟通能力的现状、护患沟通的积极意义、护患沟通能力的影响因素、培训方法以及临床管理策略,为护理教育者提供参考,以期提高实习护生的护患沟通能力。

Abstract

Communication between nurses and patients is the key link of clinical nursing. Good communication between nurses and patients is very important for improving nursing quality and patient satisfaction. This paper summarizes the current situation of nursing students’ ability of nurse-patient communication, the positive meaning of nurse-patient communication, the influencing factors, the training methods, and the clinical management strategy of the ability of nurse-patient communication, and provides reference for nursing educators in order to improve nursing students’ ability of nurse-patient communication.
