目的：评价多专业协作管理对缩短严重创伤患者早期救治时间的运用效果。方法：将2016年2月至2017年4月在佛山市中医院急诊科接受治疗的88例严重创伤患者作为研究对象，其中2016年2月至2016年9月的44例患者设为对照组，采用常规院内救治流程；2016年10月至2016年4月的44例患者为观察组，采用多专业协作救治模式；比较两组入院至明确诊断时间、入院至获得手术时间及院内救治成功率和并发症发生率。结果：观察组入院至明确诊断时间、入院至获得手术时间均明显短于对照组，观察组院内救治成功率明显高于对照组(86.36% vs 68.18%)，并发症发生率明显低于对照组(22.73% vs 43.18%)。结论：实施多专业协作早期救治模式可有效缩短严重创伤患者早期诊断明确时间及获得确定性手术治疗时间，提升院内抢救成功率，在临床值得进一步推广。
Establishment and evaluation of early treatment model for multi-professional cooperation in patients with severe trauma

Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of multi-professional collaborative management in shortening the early treatment time of severe trauma patients. Methods: Eighty-eight cases of patients with severe trauma from February 2016 to April 2017 in the emergency department of our hospital were selected as the subjects. Among them, 44 cases from February 2016 to September 2016 were set as the control group, which received the conventional hospital treatment process; 44 cases from October 2016 to April 2016 were selected as the observation group, which received the professional cooperative treatment comparison process. The admission to definite diagnosis time, admission to operation time, the rescue success rate and complication rate of the two groups of patients were compared. Results: The admission to definite diagnosis time and admission to operation time in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group, the rescue success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (86.36% vs 68.18%), the complication rate was significantly lower than that in the control group (22.73% vs 43.18%). Conclusion: The implementation of multidisciplinary collaborative process can effectively shorten the time of diagnosis and surgical treatment in patients with severe trauma, improve the success rate of rescue, it is worthy of further promotion in clinical.
