摘要

前列腺癌在欧美国家男性中是最常见的恶性肿瘤,近年来我国的发病率、病死率及其造成的 疾病负担呈现明显增加趋势,但前列腺癌的发生发展机制仍未完全明确。跨膜丝氨酸蛋白酶 2(transmembrane serine protease 2,TMPRSS2)与成红细胞病毒E26致癌物(E26 oncogene,ERG)融 合基因在前列腺癌中具有特异性,在前列腺癌发生发展过程中发挥重要作用,其作用机制复杂, 且与多个基因相互作用,因此深入了解TMPRSS2-ERG融合基因在前列腺癌中的作用机制至关重 要,可以为前列腺癌的诊疗提供帮助。

Abstract

Prostate cancer is the most common malignancy in European and American male. In China, the morbidity, mortality, and the burden of disease are increasing obviously. But the mechanism of prostate cancer is still not clear. The fusion of transmembrane serine protease 2 (TMPRSS2) and the E26 oncogene (ERG) has prostate cancer speci c, it plays an important role in the genesis and development of prostate cancer. e mechanism of action is complex, and interacts with multiple genes. erefore, an understanding of the mechanism of TMPRSS2- ERG fusion gene in prostate cancer is essential, which can help prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment.
