云南姚安县心血管疾病流行病学及传统相关危险因素

摘要
目的：探讨云南省姚安县人群心血管病流行病学及危险因素水平，为心血管疾病的综合防治提供科学依据。方法：采用多阶段抽样方法，抽取姚安县辖区4个乡镇、8个村委会和4个社区卫生服务中心，18岁及以上常住居民1 450人进行心血管疾病危险因素随机抽样调查。结果：人群吸烟率26.3%，其中男性居民吸烟率为52.2%；超重者占9.1%；空腹血糖受损者占8.7%，糖尿病患病率16.9%；高血压患病率为44.5%，人群高血压知晓率为43.0%。结论：姚安县高血压及传统心血管危险因素水平相当突出，采取社区综合防治措施，进行有效控制已刻不容缓。

Epidemiology and the traditional risk factors of cardiovascular disease in Yao’an county in Yunnan

Abstract
Objective: To explore the epidemiology of cardiovascular disease and related risk factors in Yao’an county in Yunnan, and to provide scientific basis for comprehensive prevention and treatment. Methods: Using multistage sampling method, extraction of jurisdiction 4 towns, 8 village committees and 4 community health service centers, permanent residents 1 450 people with aged over 18 years, conducted a random sampling survey of risk factors of cardiovascular disease. Results: The smoking rate was 26.3%, the smoking rate of male residents was 52.2%; overweight accounted for 9.1%; impaired fasting glucose accounted for 8.7%, diabetes prevalence rate of 16.9% people; hypertension prevalence rate was 44.5%, the awareness rate of hypertension was 43.0%. Conclusion: The level of hypertension and traditional risk factors in Yao’an county is very prominent. It is urgent to take comprehensive prevention and control measures.
