摘要

目的:研究真空负压引流装置在乳腺癌改良根治术中的应用效果。方法:收集江苏省苏州市立医院东区乳腺癌患者140例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各组70例。实验组应用真空负压引流装置,对照组使用传统的负压引流。对比两组皮下积液、皮瓣坏死、切口感染情况及拔管时间。结果:实验组皮下积液及切口感染发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组拔管时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌改良根治术后使用真空负压引流装置可减少术后并发症的发生率,提高患者的舒适度,值得推广。

Abstract

Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of the high vacuum wound drainage system on a modified radical mastectomy in patients with breast cancer. Methods: A total of 140 patients with breast cancer from January to December, 2016 in the Suzhou Municipal Hospital were collected and divided into an experimental group and a control group. Seventy cases in the experimental group were applied with high vacuum wound drainage system while the other 70 cases in the control group were applied with traditional vacuum wound drainage bottle. Results: The incidence of subcutaneous exudate and infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05). The drainage time in the control group was significantly longer than that in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The high vacuum wound drainage system can reduce the incidence of post-operation complications in breast cancer and improve the patients’ comfort level, which is worthy of wide application.
